In the company’s case management systems, it should be indicated that a recovery is in progress against the customer, and with the right integration technique, the employee can check with a click where this process is and to whom it personally belongs.
Another very interesting feature is the handling of proposals. A collections colleague can initiate a proposal for any employee in the company: the proposal document and the background documentation required for the decision are displayed on the Corporate Collection Portal for the recipient, who can then take the decision.
