Bulk signing of legal procedures

in the Indecs system

Case study

One of the most sophisticated and longest-established features of the Indecs system is the generation of legal procedures, but documents created in the system could only be signed one by one outside the system.

We received a specific request from our customers to be able to sign the electronic FMH and VH forms created in the system – using the MicroSigner bulk signatory provided by Microsec Zrt – while they are still within Indecs, in a manner accepted by MOKK.

As a result of our joint development work with Microsec Zrt, a large number of our customers are already using our Indecs MicroSigner bulk signing module for bulk signing within the Indecs system.

MODULE OPERATION

Below you will find a description of how our INDECS – MicroSigner bulk signing module works.

The basic function of the module is to provide the authentication required to upload (submit) bulk-generated electronic payment orders and execution forms into the MOKK system from INDECS.

    THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION

For the above workflow, it is essential to have a signatory authentication certificate provided by MicroSec Zrt., which enables the company’s authorized legal representative to authenticate the prepared payment order or execution form with an electronic signature.

    UNIQUE OR MASSIVE?

During the workflow, the pre-selected cases are automatically generated in INDECS for individual or bulk legal proceedings. The legal procedures generated in this way can be signed by means of Microsec authentication from the INDECS system, of course with the appropriate INDECS authorisations, Microsec Zrt. certificates and e-Signature application.

    THE PERFECT SOLUTION

To sum up, the module is very helpful in that if we want to submit a large number of legal proceedings to the MOKK, we can do it with a single e-Signature authentication, and then all generated e-FMH and e-VH sheets will be electronically authenticated and time-stamped.
